ZD Central Collector

Overview: Central collector, aka. central collector ring, is widely used for the rotary mechanism of port machinery, hydraulic machinery, mines, metallurgical machinery and construction machinery and is used to complete the continuous transmission of current signals to rotating parts via fixed equipment.

Ordering instructions

1、Note the transmission mode, number of large/medium/small rings and carrying current of the central collector;

2、Whether you need a protective cover or an observation window;

3、Requirements for boundary dimensions.


Installation and maintenance

1、 Central collector shall be installed in a vertical way;

2、Regularly inspect the wear of carbon brush, clear carbon dust and replace the brush;

3、Keep the product dry. Before re-starting it after it has not been used for a long time, take proper drying measures.
